Meet Pastor Darren.
Hello. My name is Darren Catron.
I am an ordained minister of the Evangelical Covenant Church and have spent many of my ministry years working with youth and families. Having served here at LMCC for eight years now, I have found the community to be warm, sincere, and open to God's leading in the church's life. The clothes you see me wearing in this photo are all symbols of our identity as Christians, I love to share their meaning, feel free to ask! I have an Elementary Education degree from North Park University as well as a Masters of Divinity degree from North Park Theological Seminary. They serve me well as I study the Bible and consider how it is relevant to our daily life.
I've been married for 30 years and have two young adult children. I realize that the thought of walking through the doors of a church for the first time can be intimidating, but let me encourage you to give our doors a try...I think you'll be surprised. Looking forward to meeting you!
